The World of Demon Slayer
The anime follows Tanjiro Kamado, an ordinary boy from a remote mountain village. After his father mysteriously disappears, he takes on the responsibility of providing for his family.
Tanjiro’s routine trips to the village to sell charcoal are uneventful—until one day, tragedy strikes. Returning home, he finds his family brutally slain by a demon, and his sister Nezuko is the only survivor. But she is no longer human.
As Tanjiro struggles to protect her, he encounters a mysterious swordsman wielding a katana. This fateful meeting sets him on the path to becoming a demon slayer, forcing him to uncover the dark truths of the world around him.
